I can't figure out what are those things on the posts, lamps?... cheers 19 Dec 2008 12:31pm @Roman: Sculpture? bluechameleon from Vancouver, CanadaWow...fantastic perspective! The the textures of the clouds work so well against the building and I really like the way the pole frame this shot. 19 Dec 2008 1:01pm don from spokane, United StatesI like the strong perspective with the lines converging out into the distance. A fine building shot. 19 Dec 2008 2:42pm dobbino from Cape Town, South AfricaBeautifully taken and processed. And now of course I have The Beach Boys running around in my head. Thank you, Grouser! 19 Dec 2008 2:54pm @dobbino: Yes sorry about that. I'll try not to do it again. It could have been 'circles of my mind' though. Great image. 19 Dec 2008 7:07pm Alun Lambert from cheshire, United KingdomI used to go there when it was a market, has it changed much, good shot 19 Dec 2008 7:29pm @Alun Lambert: The market is still there and it's as good as ever. There is now a huge new shopping precinct too and the iconic Selfridges building. They dug the biggest hole in the ground I've ever seen to build it all. I thought they were going to knock the Rotunda down. It was awfully shabby, but it's been totally refurbished. Seraphine from San Francisco, United Statesi love the street lamps and the sky. 19 Dec 2008 8:18pm vu@granby - Alain Berger from Granby, Québec, CanadaBeautiful shot !
