Blowing his own Trumpet

Looking in the past to see the future again, to give me the space to catch up with your pics and sort out mine. A trumpet player blows his heart out at the Ludlow Festival.

Such a wonderfully surreal shot, with the puffed cheeked trumpet player and the dinosaur-like sculpture set against the jauntily coloured doorways and beautiful flowers. I love it

@EYES WIDE SHUT: The dinosaur is actually a stylised cat that doubles as a hand rail, taking you up the steps to what used to be an exceptionally good art bookshop. Now sadly closed.
