Carrying on in a similar vein to yesterday. This is at one of the entrances to Caynham Camp Iron Age Hill Fort, a place I walk to often for the views. Not on this day though.

A beautiful image. The fog gives to it the blurry background and the branches of the trees are not only a good frame for the spanish bull (it's a joke) but also a good subject. Well done.
I love everything about this image; the fog, the gnarly oak even the cow. It reminds me very much of my childhood days back in southern Poland. Fantastic capture, Grouser.
The scene is simple but has a pleasant charm about it. The tree has great character and the cow adds a worthwhile touch of life. The mist of course is great too adding a soft atmospheric background. I like it!
I love it! The cow is what really makes this photo shine, in my humble opinion. You live near an iron age fortress? One of my favorite places in the world is the remains of an iron age fort outside Swindon -- Barbary Castle. The earthworks are intact, so you can see where the walls used to be and imagine the life inside those walls.
