Mellow Yellow

These are from the same Ophrys family as yesterdays bee orchid. These are Yellow Bees and are quite common in the Axarquia region. In fact when exploring the foothills of Maroma we came across a camping ground that was carpeted with them as thickly as a field in England might be covered in buttercups.
