This view a little further on along the walk from yesterday's meadow. May blossom, sunshine and all is right with the world.

I would like to show "my frozen fall" photo from Finland, if you have extra time to look at it.

Nature at her best, yet again. Stunning colour. I know it's completely different, but seeing this reminds me of a mobile home tour that Jacqui and i did a few years ago, when the red wild poppies were in bloom. Just red as far as the eye could see.

2 Jun 2009 12:51am

@dj.tigersprout: Oil seed rape, used for cooking oil and bio-fuel. Mustard used to be the yellow crop here but this has replaced it

What lens did you use to take this shot? I absolutely love it...

3 Jun 2009 11:55am

@Marion: It's the standard zoom lens that came with the Nikon, slightly zoomed in, so not the full wide angle.

Lesley from Lincoln, United States

Amazing colors and clarity! Any post-processing here? If not, I'm packing my bags and moving.

BTW, I love the nod to Robert Browning.
