A slight interruption to the Cornwall series as I'm out and about again. The montage above shows one of my fret cut reliefs. The picture in the bottom right shows a photograph of the original picture which is 72 x 46 cm. in size. The other pictures show a giant blow-up which was made, along with a series of others by various artists, to fill the empty windows of crunch closed shops in the city of Hereford. The classic 50's building shown here was a furniture store.
It may be of interest that in order to get sufficient quality for the blow-up I had to make a montage of shots of the original and stitch them together to simulate a medium format image.
Note that not a single passer by in any of the shots shows any awareness of the pictures whatsoever. Sigh.
