The End of the Rainbow

Posted by
grouser (Ludlow, United Kingdom) on 1 September 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

This is a silly Tuesday post although it's not the picture that is silly but the photographer. Deciding to walk back along the beach from Lossiemouth to Covesea, i left my waterproof in the car. Not long after I got on the beach there was a tremendous downpour that literally soaked me to the skin. The rain was so heavy that the sand could not absorb it, resulting in the sheet of water that creates this reflection.
