A final shot at the fuente. This time looking straight up. You can just see part of one of the village houses perched on the cliff top.
I wouldn't want to live there, great angle, nice one

@Alun: Great views on solid rock Alun. That house is far safer than many on flatter ground
Great details and colors. The rocks and the sky compose a magnificent photo.

Its always great to look up!!! Fnatastic!

Nice to look up and captured very well. I guess the rock is more solid here than suffolk where that house would be washed away by now!

@MrsAmber: Limestone pillars and pink granite jumbled together here. The village isn't going anywhere fast. Not so true lower down the mountain where they scoop flat platforms out of the shale that has eroded and dropped down to reveal these rocks. For them they can wake up after heavy rain and find the garden, drive or even the house is buried under slag or has slid down the hill. The rains can be extraordinarily heavy in winter.
I´m just waiting for the four riders of the Apocalypse to appear at the top of the cliff.A very dramatic shot !!

Le bleu du ciel déteint sur la montagne! Harmonie imitative ou assimilation ?
Bonne journée lumineuse!

A fine shot of this rugged mountain and that house sticking out very close to edge! They must have a fabulous view from up there. A fine image.

@MARIANA: That's a somewhat controversial suggestion :)
Excellent shot (Again) But taking the dog for an abseil doesn't quite ring true.

@Jeff: It's more exciting than 'walkies' ;)
Interesting scale, someone say B/w? ; ] best...jerry

strangely disconcerting angle - like it though! Why the bluish color on the rocks? Natural tones or an artifact of processing? :)
11 Nov 2009 7:49pm
@Bishop: An artifice ;)
Good evening, Grouse,
The light blue touches in this recording pleases me very well. Thank you for the comment on my web page.

Great sensation ... craning my neck to look up those cliffs. I just love that sky, Grouser. As for b & w, well I think this has got some hues you wouldn't want to lose.
