Spectacular, and notice the way in which the old pot is embedded in the wall. Nice capture.

This looked very strange even from the thumbnail. Now it looks like something from the original Star Trek. Beam me up Scotty! [Nicely seen and photographed though!]

Nice and sharp and plenty of detail on the textured walls, I reckon the cactus must be quite old....?

@Michael: Older than us do you think? ;)

Nice shot. Don't touch it with bare hands.

what a neat idea, the pot stuck right into the mortar ! Really neat capture.

A fine hanging cactus. This one reminds me of a cactus I have that has tiny, invisible barbs that are nearly impossible to remove once stuck in a careless hand that brushes the cactus. Very nice shot.

I love the cactus. A perfect composition. The combination of the plant with the soil in the pot and the white of the wall is excellent.

Good evening, Grouser,
yes, have a prickly cactus matter and can be very painful. It looks very beautiful when blooming cacti. Your recording is excellent and I like it very well. I wish you a wonderful evening and thank you for the comment on my web page. Dear greetings Christel

i love the idea of encasing a [large pot] in the wall for plants.
i'd like to try that with my neighbors [dog], too.
