Back to the Bay

Posted by
grouser (Ludlow, United Kingdom) on 3 February 2010 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Swansea Bay again. The coastline on the right is Oystermouth and the two lumps at the end of it are the Mumbles.

Gorgeous..nice lines and lights and clouds. Very rich coloured sand. As I've said before I've never seen the Mumbles without rain sheeting it down..so it's nice to see this view of them!

wow, it is so flat! How fast does the tide come in or could one walk for hours on this before getting into trouble? Beautiful shot!

@Marion: Somehow it always seems to be out when we go there :)

Looks like one of those flat beaches where the tide goes out for miles and miles. Somewhere I would have liked to have visited but never did.
