An unusual look at the lighthouse, most tend to view it from above. Refreshing!

Glorious colours in the clouds have the look of a Turner painting (maybe that's just because I was watching a programme about Turner last night?) and then the light house and then the industrial iron pier 'plonked' in the foreground. What a lovely photo full of layers. My shot of the day - even though yours is the first blog I have turned to today!

A fine way to frame the lighthouse for this shot. The filigree quality of that railing is amazing on a pier/walkway/bridge. A very successful shot.

Good evening, Grouse,
the railing looks very interesting. Also, I think, recognize a red life preserver on the railing. Nice framing for the view.
<<I found a page on the Internet on Ludlow. The houses are similar to the houses in Linz. It must be beautiful there, as I could see in the pictures. It would be worth a trip to see everything. Thanks for the tip.>>
Wonderful evening for you and thank you for your comment. Dear greetings Christel

A fine shot. I've taken a few shots here over the years but my framing and especially processing in no way matches the higth standard you set here.

Nice and original composition !

A great framing, there is such a XIX' century romantic spirit in this picture particularly near the Lighthouse. I like how you've been playing with the texture and tone of the first level too.
