A bit further towards home than Saturday's shot, out of the storms and back in the open countryside of North Herefordshire.
All power in heaven and a short line of field ... I like these images that give the star to the clouds in this case? Of course the sky is downright irritated. Grouser good title! How I wish I have this possible storm over my head. Where I come from the sun is leaving you blind! Best regards, fried! Adela

@Bettina: 'All of us are living in the gutter, some of us are looking at the stars' :)
Beautiful, dramatic sky in a composition that could be of a 17th.century painting!

I like the dramatic look of the clouds. Fine capture with the trees and low horizon line giving the clouds strong emphasis. Well done.

Is there a number that you dial up in your area to request these skies? Is the met Office providing you with personal assistance by any chance?
This one is full of drama.

Well we are on a cloud theme! Smashing clouds as everyone else has been commenting. The extra contrast really makes them into a powerful image. The countryside at the bottom adds nice perspective to the clouds.

It's all about the sky.... and giving the sky 90% of the frame really gives it a powerful presence. Superb work grouser.
