Back in Comares the procession reaches the main square. This is one of the three Panda bands who will be playing and dancing throughout the rest of the day.

@CElliottUK: They play a type of music called Verdialles and each band has its own local variation particular to its home village. Panda bands are pretty much confined to the part of Andalusia to the east of Malaga called the Axarquia The music is heavily influenced by the Moorish culture that prevailed in Andalusia and has close connections to Flamenco, as does the dance style. To my untrained ears one song sounds very much like another :)
Chris, you'll recognize them straight away when they take off the human masks.
