Mrs G in the Cahorros

Posted by

The river closes in again until it becomes a narrow gorge known as a Cohorros. Mrs G takes the lead and shortly after this discretion becomes the better part of valour as the water becomes forceful, thigh deep, the rocks slippery and so we turn around to retrace our steps. Not a good place to break an ankle. It's a couple of hours walk to anywhere and rather remote.
