Leaving the playground behind we negotiate some steps and a bend or two, which takes us to a tropical valley and my favourite walk of the trip.

Somebody is actually living there much to my surprise.. when you look at the

"a tropical valley " so are those banana plants on the left? Is the valley more humid than the rest of the area? Yeah, I know, too many questions!

@CElliottUK: They are indeed bananas. This walk is on the north and wet side of the island and so benefits from water from the rainforest.

Amazing view. I like these adobe and stone walls with the red tiles roof, typical tropical colors !!!

Beautiful. That is an amazing house. It is hard to believe that someone had to collect all those rocks to build it.
