Now when you pick a pawpaw
Or a prickly pear
And you prick a raw paw
Well, next time beware
Don't pick the prickly pear by the paw
When you pick a pear try to use the claw
But you don't need to use the claw
When you pick a pear of the big pawpaw
Have I given you a clue?

Look for the bare necessities
The simple bare necessities
Forget about your worries and your strife
I mean the bare necessities
Old Mother Nature's recipes
That brings the bare necessities of life
First verse of Bear Neccesities, from Disney "Jungle Book", the verse above is verse 3. Yeah, I know, I'm wired up wrong!!

Love the composition - very pleasing on the eye! And I see you have adopted your "point-and shoot" (though that is a really poor description of this particular camera) as your basic weapon of choice?

@dobbino: Yes I really only use the SLR at home and mostly for tripod pictures of my work. It's so much easier to travel with the coolpix
An unfriendly plant... I had a nasty experience many moons ago (on the dark side)

Good grief - this looks like you were right here in Texas in someone's pasture. Well, except for the mountain in the background. ;-)
