The interior carvings are stunning and worth the hefty admission charge but sadly no photography is allowed so this is all you get
Strange how some of these places are made so unwelcoming in today's terms.

you're right, the inside is spectacular, but the outside is just as worthy a visit.
when i was there last, i complained about the ban on photography - and yes, there is a hefty entrance fee ! - and the nice people told me if one came early (i.e. shortly after opening time) it might be possible to take pictures inside as long as there weren't too many people ...
i guess it's worth a try next time !
