Quel bisse qui longe la montagne et cette végétation superbe.

I would not venture along there without my Grivel Air Tech New-Matic Crampons and a sky-hook.

@Ronnie 2¢: Oh come now Ronnie it's a lovely stroll with great exposure:) Although it was a trifle damp the day we did it. In fact by the time we came to return on the lower levada the heavens opened
Excitingly dangerously beautiful....

I like the rugged view and the atmosphere. I would not venture to walk, or climb here.

I think I would prefer to hike it on a sunny day, but this looked like a perfect day for photos.

@B. Thomas: I suspect sunny would have been just as good, different maybe, but certainly more pleasant for walking. The rain got so heavy later that I didn't dare get the camera out. however we were compensated by an extremely nice bar at the end of the circular route. As you can see tomorrow there were even opportunities to get wet when under cover :)
That is an awfully narrow walkway! I don't think that I would be brave enough to move forward! A beautiful view!

@Elaine Hancock: They can be narrower than that. All you have to remember is if you are going to fall go into the levada, not off the cliff :)
Fantastic view !
