@Gérard Flayol: Trees are preferable to lots of things. Most politicians for example :)
I can't say here whether this is a natural grove or not (as I have no idea how it was before the sculptures were installed), only that to me, these hard angular structures make for an interesting interaction with the trees

I really like how you photographed these sculptures and how they seem to interact with the trees. They look like out spread arms wanting to give a hug or maybe her version of a tree. In any case, they are quite interesting.
