There is a curious reticence or lack of information about this work which is in the cafe garden. However I recognise that these are in fact 'Piss Flowers' by Helen Chadwick caST from the shapes made in snow by hot urine. The caSTs inverted and mounted on flower shaped pedeSTals.
We sit in the garden drinking our soup and contemplate them. This in no way compromises the soup and bread which are excellent :)
